Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

You may be eligible for a return, replacement, or refund if:


  • You received the wrong product – We’ll send the correct item at no extra cost.

  • Your item arrived damaged or defective – We’ll replace it promptly or issue a refund.

  • Your order was missing items – We’ll ship the missing products or credit you accordingly.

  • Your package never arrived – We'll do our best to help you locate it. 

Please note: Due to the nature of hemp-derived products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items.

Timeframe for Requests


  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for any refund or replacement request.

  • For packages that never arrive, contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.

How to Start a Return or Refund


  1. Contact Our Support Team – Email us at support@ZourStash.com with your order number.

  2. Provide Proof – Include photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label if applicable.

  3. Get Approval – Our team will confirm your eligibility and provide instructions for return shipping or replacement processing.

 Refund Process


  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

  • However, if you opt for a replacement, we’ll ship it at no cost as soon as your request is processed.

  • Store credit may be issued for faster resolution in certain cases.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:


  • Opened or partially used consumable products

  • Sale or clearance items 

  • Thus orders where incorrect addresses were provided by the customer

Return and Refund Policy

Zour Stash furthermore does not offer any returns for any reason at all, once YOU place YOUR order, it will be on its way . Please do not send any products back to us as the package will be refused and returned to sender. This Policy further shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever. Zour Stash does not offer refunds on any orders for any reasons at all after they have shipped. During the event that a product has been damaged or is faulty will Zour Stash consider offering a replacement order at their sole discretion. Zour Stash does not offer returns for any reason at all.

 

Lastly Zour Stash takes a photograph during every order before they are shipped, therefore if you receive the incorrect product(s) or the flower is in bad condition, Zour Stash will offer a replacement at Zour Stash’s sole discretion and will only consider a replacement after a customer provides sufficient photographic evidence. During the event that Zour Stash confirms that Zour Stash has made a mistake, then Zour Stash will re-ship a replacement product(s) free of charge.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD YOU SEND PACKAGES BACK TO US, PACKAGES WILL BE REFUSED AND RETURNED TO SENDER.
